Marian Potter wrote the classic Little Golden Book The Little Red Caboose, published in 1953. It has never been out of print. Kathy Wilburn is an illustrator with a classic technique and style. She has worked on a number of extremely popular children's books and magazines. Wilburn went to the Rhode Island School of Design and previously worked for Hallmark Cards before settling in as an illustrator.
